A big part of Anas fitness routine is training for roles andAna does her own stunts in her films.
She told Vogue UK I have to prepare for this action film I am doing with really intense physical work training and choreographies she shared. I do it from 9am to 2pm and then I get a break and then on the weekends I go to the shooting range and I practice shooting with firing arms that I have to use in the film. She also has done knife training she said.
In an Instagram post Ana shared some behind the scenes clips of herself working on her stunts for The Gray Man which included time in a gym rehearsing fighting choreo. She shouted out her trainer Don Thai who worked with her.
And she has also worked with another trainer, Chili Palmer who helped her prepare for various gun and action scenes in the film. And when she was shooting The Gray Man in Prague, Ana also shared that she really got into Pilates. I have been going to this beautiful Pilates studio very close to my hotel she told Vogue. Its in this gorgeous old majestic building on the top floor with windows to the river. Sounds delightful to me.
