His beloved Sara is in the hands of General Krantz and T-Bag while his brother Lincoln has been kidnapped by Christina who later confesses to him that she is not his biological mother. In order not to lose any of his loved ones Michael develops a trap aimed at moving the General away from his hideout to save Sara from the hands of T-Bag. At the same time Alex Mahone rescues Lincoln and then leaves Christina for dead. But this one recovered located them using the GPS of Lincolns phone.
An intense confrontation ensues between Michael and Christina. The hero is saved by the intervention of his beloved who ends up killing Christina. With the help of Paul Kellerman, General Krantz is arrested and T-Bag is returned to prison. Alls well that ends well for Michael and Sara as they discuss their future on a beach.
