Drake is about to reignite his long-standing feud with Kanye West.
The Toronto-born rapper teased a new song titled “Rescue Me” in which he samples audio of Kim Kardashian talking about her divorce from West in the 2021 series finale of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
“I didn’t come this far just to come this far and not be happy. Remember that,” the reality star said on the E! show — and now Drake’s new tune, which he premiered Friday on “The Fry Yiy Show” on SiriusXM’s Sound 42.
The inclusion of Kardashian’s dialogue appears to be a very intentional decision, as Drake, 36, and the Skims founder, 42, were once rumored to have hooked up.When West, who since has moved on with “wife” Bianca Censori, let the Drake-Kardashian rumors die, he eventually moved on to claim the “Degrassi” alum had sex with the “Kardashians” star’s mom, Kris Jenner.
