New York Fashion Week is in full swing and a number female celebs were spotted at the Brandon Maxwell fashion show.Lea Michele - who looked effortlessly chic on her way into her latest performance last week - and Julianne Hough looked stylish in wildly different styles at Tuesday's event.

The Funny Girl star, 36, looked every bit the Broadway diva in an off-the-shoulders black, belted, bubble top and black pumps. Her hair was pulled back into a low bun.The Dancing with the Stars alum, 34, channeled a 1970s bombshell in a wide-legged, belted, denim jumpsuit that featured an ombre wash, going from dark on top to light blue on most of her legs and back to dark at the hems. Both stars looked chic as they entered the show to take in the designer's latest looks.

Lea wore large black sunglasses and opted for more subtle, smaller jewelry with her dramatic look.Meanwhile Julianne paired her retro jumpsuit with a pair of dangling earrings and large, golden tinted sunglasses. Lea gave off an intimidating air in her snaps while Julianne looked approachable - which was befitting the overall style of each of their looks. The Glee alum has been playing the iconic role of Fanny Brice on Broadway since last summer.Lea took over the role from Beanie Feldstein, who received less than fantastic reviews.

Meanwhile, Lea's shows broke box office records, bringing in $2,005,696.80 during the week of December 18. The show revived the original musical, which starred Barbra Streisand as the titular character. It opened on Broadway at the Winter Garden Theatre on March 26, 1964, and closed on July 1, 1967. The role is a dream come true for the Scream Queens star.It was such a well-known fact that her character on Glee, Rachel Berry, sang several songs from the show and even had a plot line where her character got to star as Fanny Brice on Broadway.

As for Julianne, the Footloose star recently reflected on her 15 years in the spotlight. The Utah-native and professional dancer made her debut alongside her brother Derek Hough on Dancing with the Stars in 2007 when she was a teenager. She went on to star in a number of movies including Rock of Ages and Safe Haven before returning to DWTS in 2014 as a judge. Last spring, she made her  Broadway debut in POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive.
