Paul Wesley and his wife Ines de Ramon have decided to separate after almost three years of marriage.
A representative for the couple told People that the couple had been separated for several months.
"The decision to separate is mutual. The couple has been living separately for five months. They request privacy at this time," says their spokesperson.The Vampire Diaries star , who is now 40, started dating Ramon in June 2018. The two were spotted holding hands after a dinner date in New York.They made their relationship official on Instagram in July of that year when they attended a wedding together.
The actor's co-star Nina Dobrev confirmed their relationship during a podcast when she referred to Ramon as Wesley's "wife. We hang out a lot. We are very good friends. I love his wife. It's so funny how time changes everything, because I never thought he would be one of my best friends," Dobrev said at the time.
