She followed the photo with a short clip, in which she could be heard saying: “Good morning, happy Friday! This is a Karen Millen gorgeous lilac jumper, I love the detailing on the cuffs.I feel today like I am a naughty secretary… do you want me to do some shorthand for you sir,” she said cheekily.
