Amal Clooney dazzles in a black mini dress and holds hands with husband George Clooney as they grab dinner at Locanda Verde in New York

 Amal Clooney was the picture of chic while grabbing dinner with husband George Clooney in New York on Thursday night. The Lebanese British lawyer 44 put her endless legs on display in a black sequin mini dress and held hands with the Oceans Eleven star 61 as they made their way to Italian eatery Locanda Verde.





The couple  who wed in 2014  seemed to be in great spirits with a windswept Amal laughing it up as they navigated their way to the restaurant through the windy Big Apple weather. The statuesque beauty completed her outfit with a pair of chic wrap-around heels with pointed gold toes. The glamorous human rights attorney wore her voluminous chocolate locks cascading down her shoulders and back. She further accessorized her look with a slim black clutch and a pair of dangling gold earrings. 


As for glam Georges wife opted for black eyeliner and a pink lipstick on her pout. Meanwhile the Hollywood heartthrob dressed down for the occasion sporting a pair of light jeans and a navy polo shirt. The Academy Award winner completed his look with grey suede shoes and a silver watch on his wrist. The actor wore his hair in a short cut and sported a silver and pepper beard. George and Amal met back in 2013 at a dinner party hosted by mutual friends.


They got their marriage license in London on August 7 2014 and tied the knot at a lavish ceremony in Venice in 2014.The couple went on to welcome their twins Ella and Alexander five in June 2017.Earlier this month the actor shared with Entertainment Tonight that Alexander and Ella age five already speak three languages and are much more intelligent that he is. When asked if he will mind it if they pursue the arts as he has the star said They can do whatever they want. My guess is that they are a little smarter than me so they will probably do something - they already speak three languages so I am still working on English.
